Fireproof DVD

When it comes to love stories, Hollywood finishes before “I do.” FIREPROOF is an action-packed love story, which will have audiences laughing, crying, and inching toward the edge of their seats as they are drawn into the world of a firefighter, his wife... and a marriage worth rescuing. In cinemas in the USA it touched the hearts and souls of millions of filmgoers. Now this marriage-impacting film is available on DVD in the UK.

DVD Extras Include: Full-length behind-the-scenes feature (28 minutes!), 6-Part Bible Study with Movie Clips, Outtakes, Pranks and Deleted Scenes' Wayne on Wayne Mockumentary, The Love Dare Promo, Coming Down the Fire Pole...and much more!

The Story - At work, inside burning buildings, Capt. Caleb Holt lives by the old firefighter's adage: Never leave your partner behind. At home, in the cooling embers of his marriage, he lives by his own rules. Growing up, Catherine Holt always dreamed of marrying a loving, brave firefighter...just like her daddy. Now, after seven years of marriage, Catherine wonders when she stopped being "good enough" for her husband. Regular arguments over jobs, finances, housework, and outside interests have readied them both to move on to something with more sparks. As the couple prepares to enter divorce proceedings, Caleb's father challenges his son to commit to a 40-day experiment: "The Love Dare." Wondering if it's even worth the effort, Caleb agrees-for his father's sake more than for his marriage. When Caleb discovers the book's daily challenges are tied into his parents' newfound faith, his already limited interest is further dampened. While trying to stay true to his promise, Caleb becomes frustrated time and again. He finally asks his father, "How am I supposed to show love to somebody who constantly rejects me?" When his father explains that this is the love Christ shows to us, Caleb makes a life-changing commitment to love God. And with God's help he begins to understand what it means to truly love his wife. But is it too late to fireproof his marriage? His job is to rescue others. Now Caleb Holt is ready to face his toughest job ever...rescuing his wife's heart.

Please note that this DVD is a multi-regional disk (not Region 1 as stated on the case).

Faith Like Potatoes DVD

Frank Rautenbach leads a strong cast as Angus Buchan, a Zambian farmer of Scottish heritage who leaves his farm in the midst of political unrest and racially-charged land reclaims and travels south with his family to start a better life in KwaZulu Natal, South Africa.

With nothing more than a caravan on a patch of land, and help from his foreman, Simeon Bhengu, the Buchan family struggle to settle in a new country.  Faced with ever-mounting challenges, hardships and personal turmoil, Angus quickly spirals down into a life consumed by anger, fear and destruction.

Based on the inspiring true story by Angus Buchan, the book was adapted for the big screen by Regardt van den Bergh and weaves together the moving life journey of a man who, like his potatoes, grows his faith, unseen until the harvest.  Angus Buchan wrote and published the book 'Faith Like Potatoes' in 1998. It continues to touch people from all age groups, social groups, backgrounds and cultures as is evident by its continued sales and the number of emails, faxes and letters that Angus receives from readers on a daily basis.

This powerful DVD includes a gripping 54 minute documentary on the real life Angus Buchan, the making of 'Faith Like Potatoes', director and cast commentary, deleted scenes and more.  Please note that this DVD has a classification of 12.

Sunday 29th November five thousand fans were wedged into a sold out HMV Hammersmith Apollo, ready to see history get made as a seventeen year voyage of worship discovery drew to a close. This was the final gig for Delirious, and there could hardly have been a better celebration of all that God has done.

24 hours later, Martin Smith had this to say:
‘What can I say? It was awesome, sad, happy, definitive. One can never correctly adjudicate ones emotions at times like this but I feel at peace. I feel joy. I feel like I’ve completed an assignment.’

And what an assignment it was. A Dove Award-winning, Grammy nominated, RIAA Certified Gold-selling assignment. Delirious helped score a whole new soundtrack for the church around the world, bringing honesty, passion, intimacy and heavenly pride back to the church and beyond.
